Santa Cruz Hotel is a charming hotel in the heart of Oviedo, in front of P San Francisco Park, a place full of big trees, perfect for a walk and enjoy the city. We are only 300 meters from the historic center of the city, its heritage is really considerable, you can visit emblematic places such as the Cathedral, the Plaza Porlier, renovated a few years ago, The Fontan etc ... In the vicinity of our hotel, there are countless restaurants, cafes, bars and places of entertainment and culture. 30 07:58:18/09/2023Mi habitación daba a un interior y no podía tener luz natural Mucho ruido en el pasillo con televisión alta y puertas abiertas. Se oía todo y no pude descansar lo suficiente. El personal muy simpático Mejoraría la acústica por el tema del silencio y bajaría los precios.

26 08:02:24/04/2023Muy bien ubicado. Todo cómodo y limpio. .nuestra estancia era bastante relajante. Únicamente, por la mañana, cuando íbamos de salida, no había nadie en recepción, desde las 7:30 hasta las 8:15, por lo cual fue necesario dejar el pago en efectivo, escondido en el despacho con la llave.

06 09:28:10/05/2019Hotel sencillo y recientemente reformado, sin grandes pretenciones pero que cumple de sobras las expectativas del viajero que busque hospedaje. El del dueño, que hace las funciones de recepcionista, es una persona atenta y culta siempre dispuesta a conversar y compartir conocimientos de historia. Volveremos.

29 01:39:54/09/2017El hotel Santa Cruz, tiene muy buenas habitaciones y hay mucha limpieza, la ubicación es bien céntrica, la atención en recepción es excelente y también la ayuda que hemos tenido mi familia y yo para conocer esta bella ciudad. Estamos muy agradecidos por todo el apoyo que hemos tenido. Yo les recomiendo que vayan a este hotel que se sentirán como en casa con mucho apoyo para los que no conocen la ciudad.

The hotel owner/manager was very abrupt, unfriendly, even rude. He treated us as an inconvenience, rather than as a guest in the hotel. I live the people of Spain and find them and to be quite hospitable and friendly. But that was not the case at Hotel Santa Cruz in Iviefo. I will not stay there again.

14 09:52:18/09/2017La atención fue estupenda una lástima que solo estuvimos dos noches; Todo muy limpio y también nos dieron mucha información y ayuda para poder conocer mucho mejor esta ciudad tan bella. Éramos un grupo de seis personas y todos quedado muy contentos de los servicios del hotel Santa Cruz no duden en ir a este hotel está muy céntrico y recibirá toda la ayuda necesaria.
